Fllm advertising film reference

Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 September 2026

Fllm is a shared reference library of advertising films. This page says what we store, why, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What we store

The Chrome extension

The "Save to Fllm" browser extension does one thing: when you click it, it sends the address of the page you are on (or the link you right-clicked) to fllm.app, along with the Fllm sign-in cookie your browser already holds, so the film is added to your library. It does not read page content, browsing history, or anything on other sites, and it sends nothing until you click.

2. What we do not do

3. Who processes it for us

Fllm runs on Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, database, authentication) in the European Union. Film analysis uses Google's Gemini API, and receives only the public film information described above. Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and processes your billing details directly — we never see your card.

4. How long we keep it

Your account and your private layer are kept until you ask us to delete them. Films you have contributed remain in the shared library, because other members rely on them; they carry no personal information about you.

5. Your choices

If you are in the UK, EU or another region with data protection law, you also have the right to object to processing, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.

6. Children

Fllm is a professional reference tool and is not directed at children under 16.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top always says when. Questions, requests or complaints: support@fllm.app.
