These terms cover your use of Fllm at fllm.app. Using the service means you accept them.
Fllm is a shared reference library of advertising films. Every signed-in member sees the same library, and anything a member adds becomes part of it. Saving a film to your own account is private to you.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.
Fllm offers a free plan and a paid plan. The free plan allows a limited number of saved films and a monthly contribution allowance; the paid plan raises both. Prices are shown on the plan page before you buy, and are charged in US dollars.
Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the plan page or from the receipt Paddle sends you. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Material changes to a paid plan will be announced in advance.
We work to keep Fllm fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and links to films hosted elsewhere may stop working without notice. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fllm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Fllm at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions: support@fllm.app.
